WEBSTORE CONTRACT
The Government of Hungary has decided to amend Government Decree 335/2012 (4 December) on the detailed rules for the provision of postal services (Government Decree on Postal Services), which directly affects your business operation.
The amendment to the Government Decree on Postal Services requires businesses with a commercial website selling goods in Hungary to include the postal (delivery) service provided by Magyar Posta Zrt. as an option for the delivery of goods sold by them on their website from 28 March 2024.
Magyar Posta Zrt. provides postal (delivery) services to businesses with a commercial website at the prices specified in the individual contract or in the general terms and conditions.
Our company applies the following prices in its general terms and conditions, which do not require an individual contract, but should be indicated on your website, unless otherwise specified in an individual contract.
- For delivery to a parcel terminal, Posta Pont or post office: HUF 990 gross per item.
- For delivery at home: 0-10 kg: HUF 1,990 gross per item
- For delivery at home: 10-20 kg: HUF 2,990 gross per item
- For delivery at home: 20-40 kg: HUF 5,990 gross per item
If these fees and the conditions provided in the GTC are appropriate, no individual contract is required, only pre-registration, which you can do HERE.
